Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The refund request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
To be eligible, proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Opened or used food products
- Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
- Products returned without original packaging
- Orders placed during special promotions or clearance sales (unless damaged or incorrect)
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our mistake.

Cancellations
