Returns Policy

We accept returns on most new and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

If a return is due to our mistake—such as receiving an incorrect, damaged, or defective item—we will also cover the return shipping cost.

Once your return is shipped back to us, refunds are generally processed within up to four weeks. In many cases, you may receive your refund sooner. This timeline includes:

• 5–10 business days for the returned item to reach us

• 3–5 business days to inspect and process the return

• 5–10 business days for your bank to complete the refund

To initiate a return, simply log in to your account, go to My Account, open the Completed Orders section, and click on Return Item(s). You will receive an email confirmation once your returned item has been received and your refund has been processed.

Shipping

We ship orders to most locations worldwide. However, certain products may have shipping restrictions, and some items may not be eligible for international delivery.

When you place an order, estimated shipping and delivery timelines will be provided based on product availability and the shipping method selected at checkout. Final delivery times may vary depending on the chosen shipping partner.

Please note that shipping charges for many items are calculated based on weight. Product weight details are available on individual product pages. In accordance with shipping carrier policies, all weights are rounded up to the nearest full pound for accurate pricing.
